Dear Friends and Neighbors,

As the 2026 Legislative Session has officially begun, I wanted to update you on what is going on up at the Capitol. My focus this session will be on the Majority Caucus priorities important to our community. You can find the 2026 House Majority priorities in the image below.

Additionally, I'm excited to finally be on the campaign trail to hear from the voters of House District 20. You can check out my updated website to see what is important to me as I work to earn your vote.

Boeing In Utah

2025 ended with Boeing employees raising more than $5,700 in the annual Spirit of the Holidays campaign. The Boeing Global Engagement holiday drive partnered with Davis Education Foundation and their SUB-FOR-SANTA program providing essential items to students in the community.

Here in Utah, Boeing spends more than $430 million with 140 suppliers across Boeing program. Employees at the Salt Lake City site assemble vertical fins and horizontal stabilizers for the 787 Dreamliner, while employees at the site in West Jordan focus on fabrication of those composite structures. This months purchase brings Delta's firm order book to 130 Boeing airplanes.

Ribbon Cutting: Utah Museum

Last week, I was honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for Utah’s newly renovated Capitol Museum. This beautiful space will help visitors better understand Utah’s history, the work that happens at the Capitol, and the people and stories that shaped our state. I’m grateful to everyone who made this project possible, and I hope you’ll plan a visit soon.

Legislative Update Presentations
Friends, earlier this month I had the opportunity to present before the Bountiful City Council and the North Salt Lake City Council. I believe one of the best ways to understand the needs of our district is to build strong, trusted relationships with the local leaders who serve our communities every day.

On the Hill with Eliza

Meet my daughter Eliza who was kind enough to visit me on the first day of the session. She is one of my motivations to make Utah a better place for us to live.
