Republican Values

My grandfather, Ken, was instrumental in building the prominence of the State Republican Party in the 1960s. My father was a Utah Republican Legislator from 1979-1987. He had the opportunity to serve as Speaker of the House of Representatives.

I’m proud of my Republican heritage and the opportunity to represent you as a Republican in the State Legislature. For me, the conservative ideals of the Republican Party mean we need to be fiscally responsible today, while still looking toward and investing in our future. The success we enjoy as a State comes from decades of consistent, conservative leadership. I will continue to champion the ideals that have made Utah a leader in this country.
